1. General provisions

These terms of service set out the rules for chartering the Bayliner M19 motorboat under the "Zryw na Fale" brand.

2. Scope of service

The service consists of chartering a Bayliner M19 motorboat (up to 8 people) on Lake Zegrze and in Szczecin/on the Oder River, with or without a skipper.

Operating the boat independently requires a valid powerboat license. Customers without a license must charter with a skipper.

Listed prices do not include fuel costs.

3. Booking and payments

Bookings are made by phone or email. The date is confirmed by the Provider.

Confirming a booking requires a booking deposit of 300 PLN (bank transfer, BLIK, or online payment via Stripe). The remaining amount is payable as agreed at the time of booking.

A refundable security deposit of 6000 PLN is collected before the charter begins.

All prices are quoted in Polish złoty (PLN).

4. Customer obligations

Customers must hold a valid powerboat license for charters without a skipper and must comply with navigation regulations and safety rules.

The person operating the boat must be sober. The number of people on board may not exceed 8.

5. Security deposit

The security deposit is collected before the trip and refunded after the charter ends, once the condition of the boat has been checked. Deductions are made only for damages or shortages caused by the Customer.

6. Cancellation and weather conditions

Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Liability

The Customer is responsible for the safety of themselves and their passengers, and for the equipment entrusted to them during the charter.

8. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to kontakt@zrywnafale.pl and will be handled within 14 days.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law. The Provider reserves the right to update these terms by publishing changes on the website.
